We believe each association is unique and should feel like they are the only Association that is managed. The Community Manager should be knowledgable and up to date on current laws. Not only the board but the homeowners should feel important and our number one priority.
Our goal is to provide an individualized management contract to meet your Association's needs. We also want to make sure that the homeowner's receive individualized customer service. We want to help the Board of Directors become knowledgeable in NRS 116 and feel comfortable making the decisions for their Association.
How we were established
Louise, the Supervisory Community Manager, started in this business after buying a home in an Association. After many years of being unhappy with the management she decided to become involved. She started out by volunteering on the Architectural Committee, then served on the Board of Directors for five years, serving as director, secretary, vice president and then president. After attending classes given by the Ombudsman Office; which are offered to Board Members; she decided to take the classes to become a Community Manager herself. Once all the tests were passed Louise made a difficult decision and gave up 16 years in a secure career to work in this industry.
For three years she worked for two management companies. They were a great experience because she learned more, not only about herself, but how each association is unique.
In July of 2008 she opened Infinity Association Management. It is currently a home based business with a small office staff.
